Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held France-based Sonepar Group, has named Andy Waring, Sonepar USA CFO, as Central Region President, effective July 15.
Jérôme Baniol, SVP Finance for Sonepar Asia Pacific, will become the new SVP of Finance for Sonepar USA. Baniol was most recently CFO for Rexel’s France and Southern Europe Zone and Group CFO of Vivarte, a European retailer.
