Sonepar USA, a subsidiary of the privately held France-based Sonepar Group, has agreed to acquire Electrical Distributors, Dallas, TX, which also has locations in Irving, TX, and Houston TX .
Terms were not disclosed for the acquisition, which expands Sonepar USA’s geographic footprint and strengthens its position in the region. ED will continue to operate as a standalone brand, reporting to Sonepar USA.
