France-based electrical distributor Sonepar has agreed to acquire Alfa Elektriciteit, Lokeren, Belgium. Terms were not disclosed.
Alfa Elektriciteit, which reported sales in 2014 of €3 million (US$3.2 million), will join Sonepar's Belgium subsidiary, Cebeo, on April 1.
