Sonepar Subsidiary Codale Electric Acquires Grove Madsen Industries

The acquisition expands the company's opportunities in Nevada.

Codale Electric Supply, Salt Lake City, UT, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA, has acquired Grove Madsen Industries. Terms were not disclosed.

Grove Madsen Industries, with two locations in Reno and Las Vegas, NV, provides electrical, automation and training solutions. Grove Madsen will now operate under the name Grove Madsen Industries, a Division of Codale.

“Grove Madsen’s well-established customer base, along with its strong desire to grow, will greatly enhance our opportunities within the state of Nevada,” said Jon Mitchell, president of Codale.
