France-based electrical distributor Sonepar has acquired German electrical wholesale distributor Solar Deutschland, which has 27 branches and 360 employees and whose 2014 sales were €125 million (US$142.9 million).
Terms were not disclosed for the acquisition, which is expected to close in April and will expand Sonepar's coverage in northern Germany.
