Diversified manufacturer Saint-Gobain, Courbevoie, France, has acquired Megaflex S.A., Argentina, through its Mortars business. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The acquisition is in line with the company’s strategy of expanding its presence in emerging countries and complements the Mortars business portfolio in Argentina, where Weber is already a market leader.
