RBC Bearings Inc. (Nasdaq: ROLL), Oxford, CT, has sold its Miami, FL-based subsidiary Avborne Accessory Group, Inc. to AerSale, Inc. for $21.5 million.
Avborne provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a variety of aircraft accessories, the company said. Florida-based AerSale supplies aftermarket aircraft, engines, original eqiupment manufacturing (OEM) material, and asset management services.
