Bearings manufacturer RBC Bearings Inc., (NASDAQ: ROLL), Oxford, CT, reported sales for the fiscal first quarter of $142.3 million, a 25.9 percent increase over the same period a year ago. Profit decreased 16.3 percent to $13 million.
Industrial sales increased 2.9 percent and aerospace sales increased 44.7 percent.
