Radians Acquires VisionAid

Acquisition expands company's U.S. manufacturing operations.

Manufacturer of personal protective equipment Radians Inc., Memphis, TN, has acquired Massachusetts-based VisionAid Inc., a manufacturer of portable emergency eyewash stations and lens cleaning products.

VisionAid will continue operating from its current facility in Wareham, MA and the management team will remain the same.

In addition to expanding Radians' U.S. manufacturing operations, the acquisition allows for customizing lens cleaning products and also provides Radians with additional injection molding capabilities.
