Bearing and power transmission distributor Purvis Industries, Dallas, TX, has acquired A&W Bearings & Supply Co. Terms were not disclosed.

A&W Bearings & Supply Co. is located in Dallas, Garland and Nacogdoches, TX and serves the north and east Texas markets. Purvis now operates 90 locations covering 15 states.
