Bearing and power transmission distributor Purvis Industries, Dallas, TX, has acquired Animas Bearing and Oilfield Supply, Farmington, NM. Terms were not disclosed.

Animas Bearing and Oilfield Supply serves the agricultural, industrial and energy customers in the Farmington and the Four Corners region.
