Industrial gases company Praxair Inc. (NYSE: PX), Danbury, CT, will increase prices on bulk and medical gas customers in the United States and Puerto Rico, effective Jan. 1.
Price adjustments will vary as permitted by individual supply contracts. Prices will increase up to 20 percent for nitrogen, oxygen, argon and hydrogen; up to 10 percent for helium; and up to 15 percent for facility fees.
The company last announced a price increase in October.
