OTP Industrial Solutions Acquires AIP

OTP strengthens engineered automation system solutions with acquisition.

OTP Industrial Solutions, Columbus, OH, has acquired Advanced Industrial Products Inc., Lexington, KY, with office locations in Tennessee, West Virginia and Mississippi. AIP will become a division of OTP and continue to operate under the name Advanced Industrial Products.

With the acquisition, OTP Industrial Solutions strengthens its ability to offer customers engineered automation system solutions.

AIP provides technical engineering support for designing, engineering, installation and new projects.

Former owners Dennis and Lisa Stephens will remain with the company as part of the management team.
