Janitorial supply distributor Nichols, Muskegon, MI, has acquired Spectrum Janitorial Supply, Indianapolis, IN. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989, Spectrum is a family-owned and operated facility solutions company. The acquisition expands Nichols' footprint to Indianapolis, IN, and Decatur, IL.
