Motion Industries, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company (NYSE: GPC), has acquired Hydraulic Supply Company, a distributor of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial products.
With headquarters near Miami, FL, HSC has 30 locations and serves customers throughout the Southeast, as well as internationally through its office in Monterrey, Mexico. The distributor provides services such as hydraulic repair, hose assembly and kitting, tube bending and flaring, and manual valve assembly to customers in industries ranging from agriculture to mining to transportation.
HSC will operate as a vertical division within Motion Industries’ Conveyance Solutions Group, the company said.
