Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LECO), Cleveland, OH, has acquired privately held arc welding training system manufacturer RealWeld Systems Inc., Columbus, OH, from EWI. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition advances Lincoln's position in welding educational services, said Michael Mintun, senior vice president, North America Sales & Marketing.
