Kennametal Inc. (NYSE: KMT), Pittsburgh, PA, has named Chris Rossi as president, chief executive officer and director on its board of directors. Rossi succeeds Ron De Feo whom the board has appointed executive chairman of the board. Rossi previously served as the chief executive officer of Dresser-Rand at Siemens.
Both appointments will be effective August 1.
