Kaman Corp. (NYSE: KAMN), Bloomfield, CT, will acquire electrical distributor G.C. Fabrication Inc., Northvale, NJ, which had 2014 sales of $20 million and employs 30 people. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, expected to close later this month, expands Kaman’s automation, control and energy platform into the New York metro market.
