Kaman Corp. (NYSE: KAMN), Bloomfield, Connecticut, reported first quarter sales of $457.4 million, down 1.3% over the same period a year ago. Profit was $14.1 million, up slightly over 2018.
Sales for Kaman's distribution segment were $291 million, up 2.5% over the prior-year period. Aerospace segment sales were $166.4 million, down 7.2% year-over-year.
