Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), has acquired Lux Products Corp., a Philadelphia-based designer and manufacturer of residential thermostats and smart home products.
The acquisition underscores Johnson Controls’ commitment to its thermostat business and strengthens its portfolio of consumer retail offerings, the company said.
