Interline Brands Inc., Jacksonville, FL, has announced that CEO Michael Grebe is retiring from the company, according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.
Ken Sweder, who previously served as president and COO, will become the new CEO of Interline and a senior vice president at Home Depot. He will answer directly to Bill Lennie, executive vice president of outside sales and service.
Home Depot recently acquired Interline Brands for $1.6 billion.
