Imperial Dade, Jersey City, New Jersey, a national distributor of disposable food service and janitorial supplies, has acquired Strauss Paper Company, Port Chester, New York.Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Strauss Paper strengthens Imperial Dade’s existing presence in the Tri-State area. Strauss is a distributor of janitorial and sanitation supplies and equipment serving the New York Tri-State area.
