HOSPECO, Cleveland, OH, a manufacturer of personal care, hygiene and cleaning products has acquired Acute Care Pharmaceuticals and its Pharma-Choice Brand, a leading supplier of compliant, disposable medical products used in compounding pharmacies and other cleanroom environments. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition, effective immediately, will offer HOSPECO customers a broader, more complete bundle of products while introducing Acute Care’s products to a broader customer base.
