Adhesives manufacturer H.B. Fuller Company (NYSE: FUL), St. Paul, MN, will open a new manufacturing facility in Rionegro, Colombia. The $10 million facility will expand the company’s footprint in the Andean region of South America.

The facility will supply technologies for the hygienic, packaging, and corrugate and assembly markets and will help meet the demands of the region's growing nonwoven hygiene market.
