Graybar, St. Louis, MO, a distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products, reported full-year 2013 net sales of $5.7 billion, a 4.5 percent increase compared to 2012. Net income for the year was $81.1 million, a decrease of 6.1 percent compared to the previous year.
Graybar also announced several changes to its leadership team and Board of Directors.
Richard A. Cole, who currently serves as Chicago district vice president and as a member of Graybar’s Board of Directors, will retire on Oct. 1, after 42 years with the company. He will also step down from his role as a director at that time.
William P. Mansfield has been elected to the company’s Board of Directors and appointed senior vice president, sales and marketing, effective April 1.
Steven M. Stone has been appointed district vice president in Chicago, effective Oct. 1.
Thomas G. Pratt has been named district vice president in Minneapolis, effective July 1. Pratt will replace G. William Keller, who will be retiring after 40 years with the company.
