Ferguson Acquires Equarius

Acquisition expands company's waterworks footprint in California.

Plumbing distributor Ferguson, Newport News, VA, has acquired Equarius Inc., Torrance, CA. Terms were not disclosed.

“Ferguson is focused on growing our waterworks footprint in the West,” said CEO Frank Roach.

The company will operate as Equarius Waterworks, Meter & Automation Group, a Ferguson enterprise.  Management and all employees will remain with the business.
