Ferguson Acquires Andrews Lighting Gallery

Acquisition of Oklahoma-based company expands Ferguson's presence.

Plumbing distributor Ferguson Enterprises Inc., Newport News, VA, has acquired Oklahoma-based Andrews Lighting Gallery Inc. Terms were not disclosed.

Ferguson will conduct business from the former Andrews Lighting Gallery locations – in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK, – as Andrews Lighting & Hardware Gallery, a Ferguson enterprise.

Ferguson operates 270 showrooms nationwide known as Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Galleries.
