ERIKS Agrees to Sell Fischer to Röchling

Dutch company divesting plastic parts manufacturer.

Dutch industrial distributor ERIKS has agreed to sell Fischer GmbH Kunststoff Präzision, Laupheim, Germany, to Röchling Engineering Plastics. Terms were not disclosed.

ERIKS acquired Fischer in 2010. The company said the sale of Fischer, which manufactures plastic parts for the OEM industry, "gives ERIKS Germany room to further develop its business and focus on becoming a broad multi-product specialist serving larger customers."
