DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE), Houston, TX, reported sales for 2015 of $962.1 million, a decrease of 22.9 percent compared to the prior year. The company reported a profit of $7.6 million, compared to a loss of $38.5 million in 2015.
DXP's innovative pumping solutions sales declined 26.6 percent to $187.1 million for 2016. Service centers sales declined 24.9 percent to $621 million for 2016. And supply chain services sales decreased 7 percent to $154 million.
The company reported sales for the fourth quarter of $222.3 million, a decrease of 20.2 percent compared to the same period a year ago. The company reported a profit of $7.4 million, compared to a loss of $2.9 million in fourth-quarter 2015.
