DXP Enterprises Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE), Houston, TX, has acquired Tool Supply Inc., Tualatin, OR, a distributor of cutting tools, abrasives, coolants and machine shop supplies. Terms were not disclosed.
Tool Supply, with sales for the twelve months ending March 31 of $4.8 million, has 13 employees and operates out of three locations, Tualatin and Eugene, OR and Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
"Tool Supply will expand DXP's Metal Working division and allow us to continue to serve our customers’ evolving needs," said David Little, CEO of DXP Enterprises.
