DistributionNOW (NYSE:DNOW), Houston, TX, has acquired Updike Supply Co., Dayton, OH, a provider of MRO products and inventory management solution services.

Updike will operate in the machine tools supply and manufacturing services group which was established after the acquisition of Machine Tools Supply in January 2015. The combination of these two companies will further strengthen DistributionNOW's core offerings of technical applications support and inventory management solutions to the manufacturing segment.
