Distribution International Inc., Houston, TX, a portfolio company of global private equity firm Advent International, has acquired El Paso, TX-based Selle Supply Co. and its sister company PBI Supply Inc.
Both companies are distributors of insulation products and related construction materials, specializing in the lamination of fiberglass insulation for metal buildings.
The acquisitions enable DI to expand its offering in the metal building insulation market while also strengthening its presence in Texas and New Mexico.
