Distribution International Inc., Houston, TX, a portfolio company of global private equity firm Advent International, has acquired 3i Supply Co., Midland, MI. Terms were not disclosed.
3i Supply is a distributor of mechanical and industrial insulation, fabricated products and insulation pads.
“We are excited to further expand our fabrication operations in the Midwest territory," said John Brooks, regional manager of DI in the Midwest.
