DGI Supply, Wheeling, IL, a DoALL Company, has agreed to acquire East Metro Supply, Monroe, NC, a specialty tool and full line industrial distributor serving the Southeast. The transaction is expected to close May 4. 

DGI plans to consolidate its current Charlotte location with the East Metro team shortly after the closing. Lane Baucom, president of East Metro, will remain with the company and will join DGI in a sales leadership role.
