Danaher Corp., Washington, D.C., (NYSE: DHR) reported sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 29, 2017, were $4.5 billion, up 9.5 percent year-over year. Profit was $572.1 million.
Year-to-date, the manufacturer reported sales of $13.2 billion, up 7.3 percent from the prior-year period. Profit was $1.6 billion.
