Crescent Electric Supply, East Dubuque, Illinois, has named Jeff Buxton to the position of vice president of supply chain. In this new role, Buxton will have responsibility for company-wide purchasing, inventory management, logistics and operations.
Buxton is an accomplished supply chain executive that has many successes in leading logistic operations, budget management and financial analysis for Fortune 500 companies.
The company has also named Deborah Swambar as chief human resource officer. Swambar will build and lead Crescent’s human capital plan, bringing strategic clarity and functional alignment across the company.
Swambar is an accomplished, national leader with experience in developing leadership teams for supply chain, marketing, operations and customer service departments.
