Crescent Electric Supply, East Dubuque, IL, has agreed to acquire Womack Electric Supply, Danville, VA. Terms were not disclosed.
Founded in 1938, Womack has 18 branches in the Virginia and North Carolina markets. It reported sales of $100 million in 2016 and has 150 employees.
