Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Irving, TX, has completed the acquisition of SEFCO Electric Supply Inc., Jackson, MS, according to TED Magazine. Terms were not disclosed.
CED operates about 600 locations in 45 states and was founded in 1957 as The Electric Corp. of San Francisco. Established in 1988, SEFCO (which stands for Second Effort Company) is an electrical distributor that services central Mississippi.
