Bunzl plc, the international distribution and outsourcing group, will acquire California-based safety products manufacturer Blake H Brown, Inc. which trades as Tillman. Tillman's revenue for the year ended December 31 is expected to be $100 million.
The acquisition will expand Bunzl's safety business in North America.
