Bunzl plc has acquired Enor AS, its first purchase in Norway. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Oslo, Enor AS supplies a broad range of light catering equipment to a variety of customers, including hotels, restaurants, hospitals, municipalities, contract caterers and fast food chains.
Bunzl now has operations in 31 countries. The distributor serves supermarkets, food processors, retailers and related industries.
