Brook Electrical Supply, Chicago, IL, has acquired electrical distributor Platinum Electrical Supply, Streamwood, IL. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Brook Electrical is a subsidiary of electrical distributor Sonepar, which bought the company in 2000.
