Janitorial supply distributor Brady Industries LLC, Las Vegas, has acquired MASSCO, Wichita, Kansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

MASSCO operates four locations in the Midwest – Wichita, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Tulsa – and has built a reputation as a solution-based provider of janitorial, packaging and office supply products throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and the surrounding areas.

Tony Savaiano will continue with the combined company and will oversee sales and operations in the region.

Brady will continue to operate from the current MASSCO headquarters in Park City, Kansas.
