Bossard Group, Zug, Switzerland, will acquire the fastening solutions division of Italian provider Forind Avio Elettronica S.p.a., which yields an annual turnover of CHF 6 million (US$5.9 million) and employs 10 people. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition, effective February 2015, will expand Bossard's market position in Italy.
