Bossard Group, Zug, Switzerland, has agreed to acquire Arnold Industries, Canton, MA. Terms were not disclosed.
Arnold Industries provides fastening solutions to customers primarily in the electronics, telecommunications, medical technology and energy sectors. The company has 100 employees and $40 million in annual sales, as well as subsidiaries in Ireland and China.
The acquisition further expands Bossard's presence in the U.S. to the Northeast.
