Swedish manufacturer Atlas Copco, (STO: ATCOA, ATCOB), Nacka, Sweden, will acquire Titan Technologies Inc., Clifton, NJ, a distributor of hydraulic torque wrenches and pumps and accessories for the oil and gas industry. Terms were not disclosed.
Titan, whose 2014 estimated revenues are $5 million, will become part of Atlas Copco's Chicago Pneumatic Tools division in the Industrial Technique business area. The acquisition is expected to be finalized during the first quarter of 2015.
