Atlas Copco, Stockholm, Sweden, has acquired Air et Fluides Lyonnais, a French distributor of industrial air compressors and ancillary systems. Terms were not disclosed.
Air et Fluides Lyonnais is an authorized Atlas Copco compressor distributor that sells and services air compressors and air treatment systems. It has six employees and becomes part of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
“This acquisition strengthens our access in the important Lyon region,” said Nico Delvaux, president of Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area.
