Anixter International Inc. (NYSE: AXE), Glenview, IL, has appointed Jamie Henikoff Moffitt to its board of directors.
Moffitt is vice president for finance and administration and chief financial officer at the University of Oregon. She has held various senior finance positions at the University of Oregon since 2003, the company said.
