Pharmaceutical distribution second quarter segment sales were $34.2 billion, an increase of 8 percent compared to the same quarter the prior year.
For the first six months, sales were $72.4 billion, up 9.3 percent year-over-year. The company reported a profit of $934.5 million, up from a loss of $713.3 million the prior-year period.
