Airgas Inc., Radnor, PA, an Air Liquide company and supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases, has acquired two gas and welding distributors – Monroe Welding Supply Inc., Monroe, LA, and Clark Industrial Supply Inc., San Jose, CA.
Monroe Welding Supply, with a single location and 32 associates, had 2015 sales of $13.6 million. The company will join the Airgas Mid South region.
Clark Industrial Supply's seven associates will join the Airgas Northern California and Nevada region. The company had 2015 sales of $3 million.
Airgas has completed 22 acquisitions since June 1, 2015.
