The Board of Directors of Switzerland-based power and automation company ABB has announced resignation of the company’s CEO, Ulrich Spiesshofer.
Spiesshofer has held the position of CEO since 2013. The Chairman of the Board, Peter Voser, will become interim CEO in addition to his current role, effective immediately. An official search to find a new CEO has been initiated.
